Canes is probably my FAVORITE place to eat in Louisville. Love the cane sauce and their chicken is so good! We have had a few issues with this location about serving us not done chicken or their chicken being really small but above all, always so amazing! If you want a full stomach for under 20, go!!

The menu was limited to 4 items. A 3 piece strip, 4 piece, 6 piece and a 3 piece sandwich. The lack of dipping g sauces was off putting. I had no sauce at all. They had honey mustard and some mayonaise sauce. NO BBQ. When have you ever been to a chicken place that didnt offer bbq. The only reason in giving 3 stars is because the food was very fast and hot and good atmosphere. I probably wont be returning

This was my first visit to Raising Cane's. I like the atmosphere and the decor. It's fun but not gaudy. The food comes out quickly. I should have gotten a fork for the chicken because it was hot to the touch. The special dipping sauce was ok. There wasn't any really distinguishing flavor. They also offer free refills, which is nice. I will be back.

I've made a pair of visits here and the first exceeded my expectations, the second not so much, so I'm averaging this out to a 4.
First off, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I mean, its fast food, so you don't have many interactions, but they have all been positive.
The layout is intuitive, easy to move around and simple. It provides a nice division between people eating and those who are ordering or getting takeout. The condiment station and soda fountain is the only real bottleneck here.
The cleanliness has varied. First visit: spotless. Second visit: crumbs on a lot of table tops.
There's really only chicken here, so don't expect a lot of variety. The chicken strips are good, and really satisfying when paired with the sauce they give you. Fries are crinkly and crisp. The cole slaw is a pass for me.
Affordable and friendly with good fried food. I'm in. -

I'm not sure when this insect landed on my tray but I noticed as soon as we were done. Before we got our food, my cup had a pube like hair on it and the cashier said "idk why all the cups have been like that today" and Gave us another cup.
